Start With Sleep

Your body and brain need time to recover, and improving your sleep habits is a great place to begin.

Start simple this week:

  1. Choose a consistent time to start winding down each night.

  2. Give yourself 60 minutes without screens before bed.

  3. Make your bedroom a little cooler, darker, and quieter.

Don't try to create the world's most perfect bedtime routine overnight. Pick one change that makes sleep easier and practice it consistently.
