Start With Cognitive
& Emotional Health

Taking care of your mind is part of taking care of your health.

Start simple this week:

  1. Spend 10 minutes doing something that engages your mind—read, learn, create, play, or explore.

  2. Connect with someone you enjoy talking to.

  3. Spend a few minutes outside, practicing mindfulness, or simply doing something that brings you joy.

There isn't one perfect way to support emotional and cognitive wellbeing. Start by making a little more room for connection, curiosity, purpose, and joy.
